This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the TigerAds macOS application and website at trytigerads.com — including Mac users who install the app to earn revenue ("Installers") and businesses or individuals who purchase advertising ("Advertisers"). Together these are referred to as "you" or "users".

2.1 From Installers

• Identity data: A verified identifier linked to your Apple ID, collected at sign-in to uniquely identify your account. We may also receive your email address if provided during sign-in.
• Device identifier: A unique ID generated on first launch and stored securely on your device, used to identify your installation across sessions.
• Hardware signals: Mac model, chip type, operating system version, number of active displays, locale, and timezone — collected to detect fraud and serve relevant ads.
• Approximate location: Country, region, and city derived from your public IP address, used for geographic ad targeting. Your raw IP address is not stored.
• Visibility and activity signals: Periodic signals indicating whether the menu bar is active, hidden, paused, or the screen is locked or asleep — used to ensure advertisers are only charged for genuine impressions.
• Impression and click events: Timestamps and ad identifiers for each ad impression and click, used for earnings calculation and fraud detection.
• Payout information: Payment account details you voluntarily provide to receive earnings.

2.2 From Advertisers

• Account information: Your email address used to create and manage your advertiser account.
• Campaign data: Ad creative, brand name, destination URLs, bid amounts, budgets, and targeting settings you configure.
• Payment confirmation: A transaction reference confirming successful payment. We do not store payment card numbers or full payment account credentials.

2.3 Automatically Collected

• App version: The version of the TigerAds app on your device, used to enforce minimum version requirements.
• Service logs: Standard operational logs including request timestamps and error codes, retained for security and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create, verify, and maintain your account.
• To calculate and credit installer earnings based on valid impressions and clicks.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and platform manipulation.
• To process payout requests to your nominated payment account.
• To serve geographically relevant advertising.
• To send transactional communications related to your account activity.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and maintain platform integrity.
• To improve the Service using aggregate, anonymised data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for behavioural profiling or interest-based advertising outside the Service.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate the Service — including infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, and communication services. These providers may process your data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not authorise them to use your data for their own purposes. We will not disclose your data to any other third party except where required to do so by law or legal process.

Note that certain records — such as transaction and earnings history — may be retained for longer periods as required for legal or financial compliance, and that account deletion results in forfeiture of any unclaimed Balance.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure.
