Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or running the TigerAds macOS application (the "Application"), or using any related web services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TigerAds reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, delete your accumulated balance, and restrict your future access without prior notice, liability, or explanation.

2. Discretionary Payout Policy & System Integrity

All payout requests are subject to mandatory security, behavior, and network audits. TigerAds reserves the absolute right to delay, withhold, reject, or completely forfeit payout requests, and void any accumulated earnings, if it suspects in its sole discretion that a user has engaged in platform manipulation, fraud, or bad-faith behavior. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Employing scripts, cron jobs, macros, or automated bots to simulate system activity, mouse movement, or screen states.
• Bypassing the Application to log impressions or clicks by sending direct HTTP requests to our APIs.
• Executing the Application in virtualized environments, emulators, server farms, or non-standard desktop environments.
• Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy services, Tor nodes, or data center IP ranges to hide user residency or spoof geographic targeting.
• Abnormal or non-human patterns of visibility, such as continuous 24-hour active states without registered system idle intervals.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that all payout determinations, calculations of valid impressions, and account audits are at the sole, final, and non-negotiable discretion of TigerAds. TigerAds shall have no liability to you or any third party for the loss of any anticipated or accumulated earnings.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TIGERADS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL TIGERADS, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
